Minimally invasive techniques including: joint, muscle and tendon repair using the latest generation of screws, plugs and implants are utilised to improve patient outcomes and have you up and about quicker.
Our surgeons, specialist nurses, allied health and support staff work together to ensure all patient needs are met.
Our orthopaedic procedures
We also utilise the latest in orthopaedic technology such as the ROSA and CORI robots.
- The ROSA robot supports surgeons in performing total knee arthroplasty (TKA) with features to assist with bone resections and assessment of soft tissue state to facilitate implant positioning intra-operatively, to improve patient outcomes.
- The CORI robot is a robotics-assisted platform that uses CT-free technology for precise implant sizing and positioning without the need for rods. The CORI Surgical System can be used for either a partial or total knee replacement procedure.
Patient injuries commonly involve fractures of bones or injuries to joints following a sporting accident. Injuries to a joint can involve injuries to soft tissues such as ligaments, tendons, or muscles.
Sports Trauma Clinic Brisbane Private Hospital delivers a prompt, streamlined service for diagnosis and treatment of Sporting injuries.
Our specially trained Orthopaedic nurses and Allied health team undergo on-going training to remain at the forefront of the latest care and techniques.
